As a Professor of Political Science at Clark University, Dr. Sperling teaches courses in comparative politics, including Russian politics, revolution, globalization, and democracy.


The Arlington Human Rights Commission hosted this event as we recognize the challenges facing our American democracy and Constitution. The Commission has committed to promote understanding and actions to preserve the foundations of our American ideals.
