Please join us for an informative talk by Dr. Valerie Sperling entitled Understanding Dictatorship: Lessons from Russia. As a Professor of Political Science at Clark University, Dr. Sperling teaches courses in comparative politics, including Russian politics, revolution, globalization, and democracy.
